In a news conference, Aliza Sultan’s attorney Qaim Shah provided an update on the custody and support dispute involving the children of the former spouse.
He said that her client “Aliza is paying all the expenditures of her children for the last 2.5 months because Feroze didn’t pay a dime for their upkeep.”
Regarding Feroze’s lawyer’s accusations that phoney documents were submitted in court, Qaim Shah stated that Aliza waited to file formal complaints until the divorce was finalised for the sake of their marriage and children.
Before Aliza’s attorney, her brother Ahsan Raza asserted that Feroze’s legal team was attempting to disprove the physical abuse evidence, but the respected judge was aware of all the facts and had not yet disproved any of them.
