Pakistan’s government has launched the Ehsaas Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program for students up to higher secondary levels. The objective of this program is to reduce dropout rates in schools and colleges in Pakistan and to promote education for all.
Pakistani students can apply for the BISP scholarship in the following districts: Federal, Punjab, KPK, Sindh, Balochistan, and Gilgit. There are generally three levels of education that can benefit from BISP Taleemi Wazaif like Primary, Secondary, and Higher Secondary.
It states that under the Ehsaas Education Stipends Program, primary school boys will receive quarterly scholarships of Rs. 1,500 and girls Rs. 2,000 high school boys Rs. 2,500 and girls Rs. 3,000, and high school boys will receive Rs. 3,500 and girls Rs. 4,000 rupees per quarter.

Ehsaas Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for registration of children in the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program are as follows:
- Children of active BISP Kafalat Beneficiaries
- The age criteria for a child is 4-12 years for enrollment in Primary Education
- The age criteria of a child is 8-18 years for enrollment in Secondary Education
- The age criteria of a child are 13-22 years for enrollment in Higher Secondary Education
Enrollment Process:
To enroll in a beneficiary Program, an eligible child must be admitted to a school/college in any district of the country. Beneficiary has to see the enrolment camp/field offices along with her child with the following documents to enroll him/her in the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif program:
- CNIC of the beneficiary.
- B-form/CRC issued by NADRA.
- A school admission slip that contains information about the class and the school name verified by the teacher.
B-form/CRC verification through the NADRA database is mandatory for child enrollment in the program.

Graduation Bonus for Girls:
A one-time graduation bonus of Rs.3,000/- is part of the Benazir Education Stipends program to encourage girls to complete primary education.
