Feroze Khan is granted twice-monthly access to his children by the court.
Feroze Khan was given permission by a family court in Karachi to see Mohammad Sultan and Fatima every first and third week of the month.
Feroze and Aliza Sultan petitioned Karachi’s family court for custody of their kids after declaring their separation. Later, Feroze’s ex-wife Aliza made a court application to request financial support for her two children.
Aliza’s attorney claims that his client is asking for a separate housing arrangement for her children that meets the same standards as their father’s, as well as a monthly maintenance payment of one lakh for each child. While Feroze’s lawyer stated that they are not willing to set up a separate accommodation as it will raise Feroze’s security concerns for his children,
For the time being, the court granted Feroze visitation rights, which call for him to provide his CNIC and passport to the court before seeing his children.
The case hearing will resume on November 1.
