Job Description

Education & Experience: Minimum Bachelors, Diploma in Hospitality Management will be preferred with 1 to 2 years front Desk experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests.
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
  • Keep updated records and files.
  • Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Performs any other work assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as front desk representative for at least 1 year.
  • Graduate; additional qualifications will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Well-groomed, with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
