SITUATION VACANT
A progressive organization, leader in technology with a wide operations base scattered all over the country, requires the services of competent and experienced individuals for the following positions in Islamabad:
Post Qualification Experience Key Responsibilities
Deputy Director Branchless Banking MBA or equivalent 16 Years of education from HEC Recognized Institution At least 6-8 years market experience of branchless banking Preference will be given to those proficient in branchless banking regulatory matters • Ensure the compliance of SBP branchless banking regulations. • Managing branchless banking integration withclients. • Report on market intelligence on regular ground. Monitoring the competition intelligence and market research. • Achievements of targets as per allocation on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually basis and targets achievement on all product wise. • Imparting product training to teams and agents. Maintain coordination and liaisons with all stakeholders.
Assistant Director MBA or equivalent 16 Years of education from HEC Recognized Institution At least 3-5 years of relevant experience • To organize, manage &undertake all operational matters of project • To monitor the project performance and take cognitive steps to improve business volumes • To maintain healthy relationships with all clients companies and stakeholder To analyze, evaluate project and other products reports and returns • To improve/innovate existing processes to yield maximumoutput. • To coordinate with all projects Clients to address the issues and complaints in time
Dy. Assistant Director MBA or equivalent 16 Years of education from HEC Recognized Institution At least 2-3 years of relevant experience • To administer project Support Centre and monitor the quality of call received and responses of support center agents to clients. • To manage all operational complaints received through various means. Address these complaints by interfacing through concerned sections/departments / resource person and ensure their final closure • To manage franchise related all operational activitiesassigned. • To maintain coordination with all stake holders.
Post Qualification Experience
Superintendent Bachelors or equivalent 14 Years of education At least 2 years of relevant experience
Sr. Executive Intermediate or equivalent 12 Years of education At least 2 years of relevant experience
