Create an Account on DLIMS:
- Visit the DLIMS licensing website.
- Create an account on the platform.
Fill out the Application Form:
- Complete the online application form provided on the website.
Upload Documents:
Upload the required documents, including:
- Applicant’s picture.
- Scanned copy or picture of the original CNIC’s front and back.
- A medical certificate signed by a government doctor if the applicant is above 50 years old.
Generate Payment Slip ID and Pay:
- Generate a payment slip ID.
- Pay the applicable fee using ATM, online banking, or mobile banking channels.
Documents required for the online application include a recent photograph, a scanned copy or picture of both sides of the original CNIC, and a medical certificate if the applicant is above 50 years old.
Step No1. Create an account on the DLIMS website and log in to your account.
Step No2. Add the personal details and address and also choose the license.
Step No3. Upload your recent Photo to fulfill the demands and also upload the front and back of the CNIC.
Step No4. After Completing the above details you need to pay the fee of Rs.120 on the EasyPaisa App.
After completing the steps you will see the print option to download your driving license.
