Dua for seeking forgiveness:

“O Allah, forgive me, have mercy on me, and guide me to the straight path.”

(اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَارْحَمْنِي وَاهْدِنِي يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ)
