RAWALPINDI: According to ARY News, three armed dacoits looted a cash vehicle in Rawalpindi’s Naseerabad neighbourhood while a security man was slain due to resistance.

According to the police, three armed dacoits encircled a cash van in Rawalpindi close to the Kohinoor Textile Mills and stole the money inside.

The criminals shot one security guard to death over resistance, while another security guard was injured. Abdul Waheed, the security guy who passed away, and Umar, the security guard who was hurt, were named.

A cash van carrying money from a bank was stopped by six armed men riding three bikes near the deputy commissioner’s (DC) office.

They started firing randomly at the vehicle, which resulted in the deaths of two people—a cashier and a security guard—and the injury of another security guard.
