The widely anticipated 2022 HR-V has finally arrived in Pakistan thanks to Honda Atlas Cars Limited (HACL). It is the first crossover SUV made in-country by HACL.

Given the current popularity of crossover SUVs, the HR-V will have a lot of competition. Although Honda refers to it as a B-Segment SUV, in Pakistan its size is more in line with C-segment SUVs.

Similar to the new Honda Civic, the HR-V has more simpler design than its predecessor.

With a broad body-colored front grille (black in the standard model) and slender headlamps, the front end has a dignified yet striking appearance. The ominous appearance is furthered by the acute Daytime Running Lights (DRLs). The straightened-out and lengthened bonnet shape enables a stylish appearance.

The side profile has straight, uncomplicated lines. The 17′′ alloy rims that the HR-V receives in Pakistan are an upgrade over the previous model. The back end is equally straightforward but futuristic. The understated appearance is made possible by the LED lights, the tailgate’s forward tilt, and the centre trim below.

2: Kia Sportage

Pakistanis have become accustomed to Sportage’s appearance over time, which is, to be fair, a little too stylish.

The front fascia of the SUV resembles the head of an insect thanks to its LED headlights with quad-DRLs, Kia’s distinctive tiger-nose grille, and a cutting front bumper with ineffective vents. The SUV boasts 18′′ alloy wheels (or 17′′ in Alpha) and a tall shoulder line for a powerful appearance from the side.

The Sportage’s bright LED taillights are connected by a horizontal red line that runs down the rear. This vehicle is peculiar in that its reverse lights and indicator lights are positioned at the bottom of the rear bumper. The Sportage’s design is eccentric overall, yet in a cute way.

3: Hyundai Tucson

The Hyundai Tucson is an understated yet attractive-looking SUV. It sports a broad front grille with hexagonal slats, angular headlights that resemble ovals, a smooth bonnet, and a sporty bumper.

The side aspect looks tidy and uncomplicated. It includes body-colored door handles, silver roof rails, and a pair of sharp alloy rims that give the look some life.

The Hyundai trademark oval-shaped taillights, two bottom rear reflectors, a forward-raked boot lid, and a shark-fin antenna are all visible on the rear of the vehicle. Tucson seems like a good family car all around.
