ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA — Zimbabwe captain Ervine has chosen to bat first against the Netherlands in Wednesday’s Super 12 match at the Adelaide Oval in Adelaide.

After a recent slump in play, the African team is hoping to proceed to the next round. Earlier, Zimbabwe stunned Pakistan with a one-run victory in another final-ball drama.
